Key Experience Required
- 3+ years as a Branch Manager within a financial institution
- 5+ years of overall lending experience in microfinance or banking
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience with logbook loan products
- Experience leading credit approval committees
- Proven people management and team-building capability
- Experience recruiting sales agents/field teams
- Experience launching a new branch or building a micro-credit team from scratch
