About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance & Treasury Analyst to join our finance team and support corporate finance activities, treasury management, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate finance activities including fundraising, capital structuring, and investor relations
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
- Prepare financial models and analysis for strategic decision-making
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and manage currency risk
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management and stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is an added advantage
- Experience in corporate finance, treasury, or financial analysis
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Knowledge of treasury management systems and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
