About the Role
Homes Universal is a real estate consortium of more than ten subsidiaries that offer the full range of real estate services ranging from property development, sales and lettings, valuations, property management, facility management, and property advisory. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Real Estate Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and gain hands-on experience in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for property listings
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing
- Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Assist with event planning and property showings
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and property management teams on marketing initiatives
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Recent graduate or current student in a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
